Since conception, ADCL has evolved into 4 full time teams based on 4 talent pools, namely, Reds, Greens, Yellows and Blues which gives a full chance to all the lads to expand their skill and experience and increased exposure to ADCL in different tournaments. As of now, the total strength combined of all Pools has crossed 80 permanent members.
ADCL strength comprises of nationals from Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and England. We have had SriLankan, South African and Zimbabwe nationals also playing with us in the past. Members inducted are beyond nationalities, class, religion and social status. ADCL conducts weekly 2 hours net sessions in Abu Dhabi, On average 50 sessions per Season.
ADCL participates in ADC (Abu Dhabi Cricket), Al Ain, Dubai and other hardball tournaments around UAE. In addition to this, practice matches with multiple teams are also arranged to test our bench strength and give equal opportunities to dedicated net goers & club members.
As far as finances are concerned, Lads chip in “privately” as per financial capacity for all the expenditures (not compulsory for everyone to pay if they cannot afford it) therefore we do not sponsor any player on payroll. Minimum requirement per month for nets is 200AED for able Lads. And Tournament fee is divided in players as per Pro Rota concept. ADCL is definitely looking for a positive sponsorship since as of now it works on 100% private individual funding.

ADCL maintains a highly complex however efficient cricket database for all the matches played in a season with record of every player in every match. Based on this, professional complex equations have been developed which ranks the players by awarding points on different factors. This ranking is released on Facebook and Whatsapp Group every week.
